Order return

We try to make it easy for you to buy by providing true-to-colour pictures, accurate descriptions and sizes, but it is still possible that you have ordered the wrong size or model.

If the size, width or colour is still not right, you can return the product or cancel the purchase by using the following procedure:

• Within 14 days of receipt of the parcel, notify us of your cancellation by email to hello@flowdog.hu.
• Make sure to include your order number in the email
• Only clean and unworn products can be fully refunded
• Send the parcel to us at the address given in the reply email, using the delivery services of your choice. 
• The cost of delivering the parcel is the responsibility of the customer
• Custom made products are not refundable
• Personal collection and delivery is not available
• A video recording is always made of the opening of the package and the inspection of the condition of the product
• Within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel, we will return the amount of your purchase by bank transfer to the name and to the bank account number you have provided.
• We cannot accept COD packages, we will send you the amount of your purchase by bank transfer
