The following persons are entitled to access the personal data you have provided to Flowdog for the purpose of sending you newsletters: the marketing and sales department, the management of Flowdog. Flowdog has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.

2. Purpose and legal basis for data processing

Flowdog processes the personal data you provide when subscribing to the newsletter for the purpose of sending you a newsletter on a personal basis, and your name and e-mail address are required to send the newsletter.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give when subscribing to the newsletter by ticking the box preceding the statement "I subscribe to the newsletter and accept the privacy policy for sending the newsletter" after providing your personal data.

If you do not wish to receive further newsletters from Flowdog, you have the right to withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button in the newsletter. If you unsubscribe from Flowdog's newsletter, Flowdog will no longer send you a newsletter.

In the case of newsletters that Flowdog has sent to you based on your consent between the time you subscribe to the newsletter and the time you unsubscribe, Flowdog has acted lawfully.

The e-mail address you provided to subscribe to the newsletter will be processed by

The personal data you provide for the purposes of sending newsletters will not be transferred by Flowdog to any other person.

4. Duration of data management

Flowdog processes the personal data you provide for the purpose of sending you newsletters from the time you subscribe to the newsletter until the time you unsubscribe.

5. Amendments to the privacy notice

5.1 Flowdog may modify this privacy policy at any time. The amended privacy policy shall apply when Flowdog publishes it on its website.

5.2 Flowdog will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Notice at the e-mail address you provided when subscribing to the newsletter. If you do not agree with the content of the amended privacy policy, you may unsubscribe from the newsletter and your personal data will be deleted from Flowdog's database of newsletter subscribers.

6. Your rights in relation to data processing

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to exercise the following rights: the right of access, the right of rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

6.1 The right of access

You may request information from Flowdog about whether Flowdog processes your personal data.

If Flowdog processes your personal data, you will be informed of the following information: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data concerned; (iii) the recipients or future recipients of the personal data processed; (iv) the envisaged duration of the storage of the personal data or the criteria for determining the duration; (v) your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data; (vi) your right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information; (vii) information on the source of the personal data, if the personal data have not been collected directly from you; and (viii) the fact of automated decision-making, at least with regard to the logic used and clear information on the significance and likely consequences for you of the processing of your personal data.

Flowdog will provide you with a copy of your personal data processed if you request that a copy be provided.

6.2 The right of rectification

You may request Flowdog to correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete personal data without undue delay.

6.3 The right to erasure

Upon your request, Flowdog will delete your personal data without undue delay, which will be done by deleting the personal data you provided when subscribing to the newsletter.

Flowdog will delete your personal data provided when you subscribe to the newsletter without undue delay if (i) you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing, (ii) Flowdog has unlawfully processed your personal data, or (iii) Flowdog is obliged to delete the personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation.

However, Flowdog will not delete personal data if the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. If Flowdog has provided the personal data and is obliged to delete it, it will use its reasonable endeavours to inform the data controller that you have requested the deletion of the links to or copies of the personal data.

6.4 The right to restriction of processing

Flowdog restricts processing if (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data, (iii) Flowdog does not need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you request the restriction of the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In the case of restriction of processing, Flowdog may process the personal data, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another person or for important public interests of the European Union or of a Member State.

Flowdog will inform you of the lifting of the restriction on processing prior to the lifting of the restriction.

6.5 The right to data portability

Upon your request, Flowdog will provide you with the personal data provided to it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where the processing of personal data is based on consent or the performance of a contract and the processing is automated (not paper-based).7.
