2. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Flowdog processes the name, e-mail address and password you provide during registration for the purpose of identifying you. The legal basis for the processing is your consent, which you give when completing the registration process by ticking the box preceding the statement "I register and accept the privacy policy regarding the personal data provided during registration".

The provision of the name, e-mail address and password provided during registration is not based on a legal or contractual obligation, is not a prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract, and you are not obliged to provide your name, e-mail address and password under any other legal provision.

If you wish to terminate your registration on the Site, you may do so by clicking on the Delete Registration button. If you cancel your registration on www.flowdogstore.com, Flowdog will delete your user account and the personal information you provided during registration.

By cancelling your registration you will not be automatically unsubscribed from Flowdog's newsletters. If you do not wish to receive future newsletters from Flowdog, you can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter at any time by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button.

With regard to the processing of personal data that Flowdog has processed between the time of your registration and the time of your cancellation of your registration on the basis of your consent, Flowdog has acted lawfully, regardless of whether you have cancelled your registration.

3. Recipients of personal data

The personal data you provide for the purpose of registering on the website may be known to persons acting on behalf of or on behalf of Shopify Inc. (150 Elgin Street, Suite 800 Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4 Canada https://www.shopify.com info@shopify.com), the hosting provider of the webshop's IT backend.

The name, e-mail address and password you provide for registration purposes will not be disclosed by Flowdog to any other person.

4. Duration of data processing

Flowdog processes the personal data provided during registration from the date of registration until the date of cancellation of the registration.

Flowdog will automatically delete the personal data you have provided during the registration process upon cancellation of the registration.

5. Amendments to the privacy notice

5.1 Flowdog may modify this privacy policy at any time. The amended privacy policy shall apply when Flowdog publishes it on its website.

5.2 Flowdog will notify you of any changes to this Privacy Notice at the e-mail address you provided during registration. If you do not agree with the content of the amended privacy policy, you may cancel your registration and your personal data provided during registration will be deleted by Flowdog.

6. Your rights in relation to data processing

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to exercise the following rights: the right of access, the right of rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing and the right to data portability.

6.1 The right of access

You may request information from Flowdog about whether Flowdog processes your personal data.

If Flowdog processes your personal data, you will be informed of the following information: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data concerned; (iii) the recipients or future recipients of the personal data processed; (iv) the envisaged duration of the storage of the personal data or the criteria for determining the duration; (v) your right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data; (vi) your right to lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information; (vii) information on the source of the personal data, if the personal data have not been collected directly from you; and (viii) the fact of automated decision-making, at least with regard to the logic used and clear information on the significance and likely consequences for you of the processing of your personal data.

Flowdog will provide you with a copy of your personal data processed if you request that a copy be provided.

6.2 The right of rectification

You may request Flowdog to correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete personal data without undue delay.

6.3 The right to erasure

Flowdog will delete your personal data at your request without undue delay. In other cases, [...]. will delete your personal data without undue delay if (i) Flowdog no longer needs the personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, (ii) you have withdrawn your consent (in the case of consent-based processing) and there is no other legal basis for the processing, (iii) you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing or you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, (iv) your personal data has been unlawfully processed, (v) Flowdog is under a legal obligation to erase personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation, or (vi) the personal data is collected in connection with the provision of information society services directly to children.

Flowdog shall not delete personal data if the processing is carried out for the purposes of (i) exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, (ii) complying with a legal obligation to which Flowdog is subject to which requires the processing of personal data, or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Flowdog, (iii) on grounds of public interest in the field of public health, (iv) for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes (where the right of erasure would be likely to render impossible or seriously impair such processing), or (v) for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

If Flowdog has disclosed the personal data and is required to delete it, it will use its reasonable endeavours to inform the data controllers that you have requested them to delete the links to or copies of the personal data.

6.4 The right to restriction of processing

You can ask Flowdog to restrict the processing. In the case of restriction of processing, Flowdog may process the personal data, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another person or for important public interests of the European Union or of a Member State.

You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if (i) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful, you object to the erasure of the personal data, (iii) Flowdog does not need the personal data for the purposes of the processing but you request the restriction of the personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or (iv) you object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Flowdog will inform you of the lifting of the restriction prior to the lifting of the restriction.

6.5 Objection to the processing of personal data

You may object to the processing on grounds relating to your particular situation if the processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Flowdog or a third party.

You may object at any time to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Flowdog may not process personal data if you object to the processing of personal data.

6.6 The right to data portability

Upon your request, Flowdog will provide you with the personal data provided to it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where the processing of personal data is based on consent or the performance of a contract and the processing is automated (not paper-based).
